The experience sharing with the office of Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia (MoFA) was a great success.
Relevant issues that I gained from my visit were:
- Estimation of the timing for a press conference
- addressing interests of different media outlets
- organizing the setting of conference rooms
- Predicting questions that could be raised by journalists
I appreciate the support of my trainees from Coaching and Mentioning Training I provided for senior staff of the ministry.
